Under the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to annually review the Policy of providing civic expenses and facilities to Councillors that enable them to effectively carry out their duties.

    Council considered a report, including the community's feedback, at a meeting on 25 July 2017. At the meeting it was determined that Council adopt the amended Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy distributed in the Supplementary Agenda and publish the policy on its website.
